What if the details on the Qantas Travel Money identity verification form are incorrect?

Log into ‘My Account’ using the password you created during the activation process. This password is still active although your online application was not successful.

You’ll be prompted to review the details you’ve entered and update as required. Once your details have been updated, print a copy of the form to take with you to Australia Post to complete the verification process.
