What do I do if I'm unable to activate Qantas Travel Money online?

If you're unable to successfully activate Qantas Travel Money online, you can complete the process by visiting any Australia Post outlet.

If you couldn't activate online, a Qantas Travel Money identity verification form containing the personal details entered during the online process will be emailed to you.

Print the form and take it to any Australia Post outlet with an acceptable form of identification. Before visiting Australia Post, check the form has the same details as your identity documents. If the details on your form don’t match your identity documents you’ll need to update your details at qantastravelmoney.com and print a new form. Australia Post will accept the following forms of identity:

  • Australian Driver's licence
  • Australian or New Zealand Passport (current or expired within the last 2 years)
  • Photo card (NSW)
  • Proof of age card (VIC, SA, WA & ACT)
  • Adult proof of age card (QLD)
  • Personal information card (TAS)
  • Evidence of age card (NT)

Australia Post will also accept some foreign passports as a form of identify when presented with an Australian Medicare card.
