What do I do if I'm unable to activate Qantas Travel Money online?

If you're unable to successfully activate Qantas Travel Money online, you can complete the process by visiting any Australia Post outlet.

If you couldn't activate online, a Qantas Travel Money identity verification form containing the personal details entered during the online process will be emailed to you.

Print the form and take it to any Australia Post outlet with an acceptable form of identification. Before visiting Australia Post, check the form has the same details as your identity documents. If the details on your form don’t match your identity documents you’ll need to update your details at qantastravelmoney.com and print a new form. Please see ‘What if the details on the Qantas Travel Money identity verification form are incorrect?’ for more information.
