The app doesn’t recognise my fingerprint

Try these tips if you’re unable to log in with your fingerprint:

  • Go to More, thenSettingsand check that theLog in with Touch ID(iPhone) or Log in with fingerprint(Android) switch is on.
  • Go to your device settings and check that your fingerprint is still stored on your device.
  • Remember to use the same fingerprint you have stored on your device to log in.
