My flight was cancelled, and I was moved to another flight, how do I claim my missing bonus Status Credits?

Contact Qantas Premier Titanium card support using the number found on the back of their card or in the Qantas Money App. If your flight was originally a Qantas or QantasLink operated flight and you were required to be moved for operational reasons, then we can investigate your eligibility and apply the bonus Status Credits when applicable.
