Does my existing Qantas Travel Money card still work?
Yes, if you have an activated Qantas Travel Money card, it will continue to work until its expiry date (you’ll find this located on the back of your Qantas Frequent Flyer Membership card). You’ll be contacted regarding a new, replacement Qantas Pay card before your card expires.
However, the Qantas Money app has been deactivated and replaced by the new Qantas Pay app.
To access the new app and to manage your account on the go, you need the new Qantas Pay card, as the Qantas Travel Money is not compatible.
You can continue using your current Qantas Travel Money card and manage your money from our website on your phone or desktop browser.
