What should I do if my card is lost, stolen or damaged?

If your card is lost or stolen please immediately lock your card via the Qantas Money website or App, and contact Mastercard Qantas Pay Global Support for assistance.

To lock your card online first select Qantas Pay > Select “Manage” > Select “Lock Card” > Select “Lock Card”.

We will then suspend the relevant facility to restrict further use and will arrange to send you a replacement card.

Replacement cards are sent to you at your nominated address.
