Yes, as long as you use your Qantas Premier Titanium credit card to pay for a component of your booking, you will earn an additional 20% Status Credits for Qantas-operated flights.
You will also earn base status credits on the flights booked with Points Plus Pay and paid for on a Qantas Premier Titanium credit card.
