How do I report suspicious transactions?

You should regularly check your Qantas Premier account statements against your personal records to ensure that you recognise all transactions. If you don't recognise a transaction, please call us immediately on 1300 992 700 anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Qantas Premier Titanium cardholders can call their Dedicated Concierge using the number found on the back of their card or in the Qantas Money App.
