What should I do if my card is expired?

Before travelling you should check the expiry date of your Qantas Pay card - you can find the expiry date located on the back of your card, underneath the signature panel.

If your card has expired, please call 1300 992 700 within Australia or + 61 1300 825 302 if overseas (call charges may apply) to order your new card. You will need to allow 5-7 business days to receive a new card which will be sent to the address on your Qantas Frequent Flyer profile.

Please remember, your expired card will not be active and you won’t be able to use it to make purchases.
