Will my replacement card have the same card number and PIN number?

Expired cards- your new card will have the same 16-digit card number and card PIN and will be sent to you before your current card expires.

  • Damaged cards- If you damage your card and need a replacement, please call Qantas Premier Card Support on1300 992 700to request a new card - your new card will have the same 16-digit card number and card PIN. Qantas Premier Titanium cardholders can call their Dedicated Concierge using the number found on the back of their card or in the Qantas Money App.
  • Lost or stolen cards- your new card will have a new 16-digit card number and you’ll need to choose a new card PIN when you activate it. You’ll also need to update any existing direct debits.

You’ll need to activate your replacement card online or via the Qantas Money app before you can use it.
