What happens if I return a purchase that was converted into a Statement Instalment Plan?

If you return a purchase to a merchant, and if we consequently receive a refund (or some other refund verification acceptable to us) from that merchant, we will reduce your retail account balance by that amount. That refund does not count towards your obligations on any instalment plans you have set up with us.

If you wish to make a payment towards your instalment plan, or cancel it, please call us on 1300 992 700 (or +61 2 8222 2569 if you're calling from overseas).
