How do I transfer between currencies on the Qantas Pay card?

To transfer between currencies within your wallet, log in to the Qantas Pay app or website.

> Select ‘Exchange money’

> Select which currency you would like to exchange money from

> Select ‘Next’

> Select which currency you would like to exchange money to

> Select ‘Next’

> Enter the amount to you would like to transfer

> Select ‘Next’

> Review the details provided

> Select ‘Submit’

> And you’re good to go

For card to card transfers between Qantas Pay cardholders, log into the Qantas Pay app or website:

> Select ‘Send money’

> Select ‘Qantas Pay user’

> Enter the recipient's details, including QFF Number, First Name and Last Name

> Select ‘Next’

> Select the currency you are sending money from

> Select the currency they will receive

> Select ‘Next’

> Enter the amount to you would like to transfer

> Enter the reference for your and recipient’s statement

> Select ‘Next’

> Review the details provided

> Select ‘Submit’

> Enter your Qantas Pay card CVC

> And you’re good to go

*Currency exchange rates apply when converting to another foreign currency, e.g. USD to EUR
