What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

You can cancel a lost or stolen card online or via the Qantas Money app. We'll block your card immediately and send a replacement card to the address shown on your statement.

Call 1300 992 700 anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, if you need to:

  • Report any suspicious transactions. You should do this immediately.
  • Cancel your card and have your new card sent to a different address.
  • Cancel your card and have your new card sent to you later if you're currently away from home.
  • Replace a damaged card.

Or, if you’ve simply misplaced your card, you can lock it temporarily while you look for it. Just visit the Card Settings tab once you have logged into your account.

Qantas Premier Titanium cardholders can call their Dedicated Concierge using the number found on the back of their card or in the Qantas Money App.
