I’m overseas and my Qantas Pay card isn’t working

If eligible, you can access emergency funds from approved agent locations. The team will let you know the address details, telephone number and opening hours of the nearest agent location.

You may also be able to take the following actions;

Transfer to another Qantas Pay cardholder

> Select ‘Send money’

> Select ‘Qantas Pay user’

> Enter the recipient's details, including QFF Number, First Name and Last Name

> Select ‘Next’

> Select the currency you are sending money from

> Select the currency they will receive

> Select ‘Next’

> Enter the amount to you would like to transfer

> Enter the reference for your and recipient’s statement

> Select ‘Next’

> Review the details provided

> Select ‘Submit’

> Enter your Qantas Pay card CVC

> And you’re good to go

Cash out to an Australian bank account

To withdraw any remaining funds, log in to the Qantas Pay app or website.

> Select ‘Send money’

> Select ‘To an Australian bank account’

> Input recipient bank details

> Select ‘Next’

> Include how much you would like to send

> Select ‘Next’

> Review the details provided

> Select ‘Submit’

> Enter your Qantas Pay card CVC

> And you’re good to go

*A currency exchange rate will apply to any withdrawal/cash out of funds in Australian Dollars to your nominated Australian bank account
