I’m overseas and my Qantas Pay card isn’t working

If you are having issues with your card while travelling, please contact Mastercard Qantas Pay Global Support on:

If eligible, you can access emergency funds from approved agent locations. The team will let you know the address details, telephone number and opening hours of the nearest agent location.

You may also be able to take the following actions; 

Transfer to another Qantas Pay cardholder

> Log in to the Qantas Money website or mobile app

> Select the “$” icon 

> Select “Transfer to another cardholder” 

> Select the currency you are sending and the currency they will receive 

> Select “Next” 

> Input the amount to transfer 

> Select “Next” 

> Enter the recipient's details; Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number, first & last name, reference for recipient's statement 

> Select “Next” 

> Confirm

Cash out to an Australian bank account*

To withdraw the remaining funds:

> Log in to the Qantas Money website or mobile app 

> Select the “$” icon 

> Select “Transfer to your bank account” 

> Input transfer amount 

> Select “Next” 

> Include nominated bank account details 

> Select “Next” 

> Enter the Qantas Travel Money card CVC 

> Select “Confirm” 

> Done

*A currency exchange rate will apply to any withdrawal/cash out of funds in Australian Dollars to your nominated Australian bank account
