If you have a Qantas Pay card;
You can change your card PIN at any time. Simply log in to Qantas Pay app or website and complete the following:
- Select your Qantas Pay card,
- 'Manage’, then
- 'Forgot card PIN?' where you will be prompted to enter your card CVC to verify it’s you
- Choose card PIN
- Confirm card PIN and then you are ready to go.
If you have a Qantas Frequent Flyer card with Qantas Travel Money included;
To retrieve your current PIN, please give us a call on 1300 992 700 within Australia or + 61 1300 825 302 if overseas (call charges may apply), and follow the prompts.
Once you have retrieved your existing card PIN, you can then change it at one of 2,000 atmx by Armaguard ATMs Australia wide. Find your nearest atmx here.
Please note: your card PIN is different to your Qantas Frequent Flyer program PIN.
