What if the Platinum Companion Fare Discount doesn't appear when I'm booking?

When booking via the booking portal on your Qantas Money Credit Cards App or Online account, if the blue "Offer" label is not visible on your preferred fare, the fare is not eligible for a discount. Ineligible fares will be marked with a "Sale" or "Deal" label.

If you still wish to book a flight that is not eligible for a discount, we recommend making the booking via the regular Qantas.com website or via the Qantas contact centre so that you can use your discount another time.
