What do I do if I’m unable to sign up for Qantas Pay online?

If you're unable to successfully sign up for Qantas Pay online, you will be prompted to download the identity verification form containing the details you entered during sign up, and complete the process at any Australia Post outlet.

Print the form and take it to any Australia Post outlet with an acceptable form of identification. Before visiting Australia Post, check the form has the same details as your identity documents. If the details on your form don’t match your identity documents you’ll need to update your details at qantasmoney.com/qantas-pay and print a new form. Please see ‘What if the details on the Qantas Pay identity verification form are incorrect?’ for more information.

Australia Post will accept the following forms of identity:

  • Australian Driver's licence
  • Australian or New Zealand Passport (current or expired within the last 2 years)
  • Photo card (NSW)
  • Proof of age card (VIC, SA, WA & ACT)
  • Adult proof of age card (QLD)
  • Personal information card (TAS)
  • Evidence of age card (NT)

Australia Post will also accept some foreign passports as a form of identification when presented with an Australian Medicare card. If you hold a valid foreign passport and wish to apply for Qantas Pay, please see ‘Can I sign up for Qantas Pay if I have a foreign passport?’ for more information and requirements.
