Why would an online transaction be declined if I have enough money to complete the purchase on the card?

A transaction may be declined if you’re shopping online and use a different billing address to the address you used to apply for Qantas Pay. Your billing address and Qantas Pay address must match.

You can update your Qantas Pay address to match your billing address at any time by contacting Mastercard Qantas Pay Global Support on 1300 992 700 (from within Australia) or +61 1300 825 302 (if overseas).
