Financial assistance and support

Assistance with missed payments​

If you’ve recently missed a payment or think you might miss an upcoming one, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can work with you to find a solution.

Contact us for tailored financial assistance if your circumstances have changed and are affecting your ability to keep up with payments over time.

Free, independent and confidential financial counselling

Financial counsellors offer free, independent and confidential advice to help you better manage your money and get you back on track. If you’re feeling overwhelmed with financial decisions, a financial counsellor can help you put a plan in place.

What is Extra Care?

Extra care is the dedicated support that we can provide when you're experiencing challenging personal circumstances.

Anyone can find themselves needing extra care. Whether you're dealing with mental health challenges, unemployment, domestic and family violence, financial abuse or other personal difficulties, we're here to help.

Reaching out is free and confidential. It won’t affect your banking with us and is a step towards getting the help you need. In some cases, we may connect you with trusted referral partners to help you get the support that’s right for you.

We can work with you to understand your situation and consider which form of Extra Care support may be available, depending on your circumstances.

 Indigenous Customer Support

We have a dedicated Indigenous Customer Service line to help Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander customers, particularly those living in remote locations.

Mon-Fri 8am - 7pm (AEST/AEDT) or if you prefer to speak in an Indigenous language, we have an interpreter service that may speak your preferred language. Ask us about this service during your phone call.

Qantas Money Credit Card customers have access to TELUS Health for free confidential coaching and support across physical, mental, social, professional, and financial wellbeing.
