Once you have set your Qantas Pay card up with Apple Pay:
iPhone or iPad: Go to Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay on your iPhone or iPad. Tap Default Card, and then choose your Qantas Pay card. On your iPhone, you can also open the Wallet app, tap and hold a card, then drag it to the front of your cards. Tap OK.
Apple Watch: Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone. Tap the My Watch tab, then tap Wallet & Apple Pay > Default Card, and choose your Qantas Pay card.
