From 1 June, the old Qantas Pay BSB may no longer be visible in your online banking platform. If you still see and use the old BSB to process a payment, it will be returned to your bank account on the same day by Heritage Bank.
Please ensure you update to the new BSB (016-965) to avoid any issues.
