How do I check my points balance if I think I am missing Qantas Points?

Your Qantas Points balance updates are available in your Frequent Flyer profile.

  • Qantas Points earned for eligible purchases will be calculated based on your statement cycle once a month, with separate entries for Domestic and International spend.
  • Qantas Points earned for Foreign currency load (including directly loading Foreign Currency or transferring AUD to Foreign Currency) will be calculated based on total transactions per calendar month.
  • Qantas Points earned during a promotional campaign will be awarded based on the terms and conditions of the offer.

Please allow up to 6 weeks for Qantas Points to be posted to your Frequent Flyer profile.

If you believe you are missing points from Qantas Pay, please contact the Qantas Frequent Flyer service centre at 13 11 31.
