How can I tell which emails are genuine?

  • Qantas emails may contain links to our website. Before clicking on a link, please check that it links to a Qantas website, and the website domain is qantasmoney.com.
  • If you receive an email asking you to contact us about your Qantas Money credit card account, feel free to call us on 1300 992 700 to check that it’s genuine. Qantas Money Titanium cardholders can call their Dedicated Concierge using the number found on the back of their card or in the Qantas Money Credit Cards App.

You should disregard any emails that:

  • Ask you to, for example, provide your personal information, card PIN, account details directly in reply to an email, or via a link in an SMS or email
  • Contain misspelled words either in the email itself or a linked website - this may signal a potential scam
  • Seem too good to be true and are not from a trusted source

Report suspicious emails immediately by calling us on 1300 992 700, anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Qantas Money Titanium cardholders can call their dedicated concierge using the number found on the back of their card.
