What happens if my Qantas Travel Money card is lost, stolen, or expired?

If your Qantas Travel Money card is lost or expired, you can simply upgrade to a new Qantas Pay card via the app, and your old card will be automatically cancelled.

If your Qantas Travel Money card is stolen, lock it immediately via the website and call us on 1300 992 700 (Australia) or +61 1300 825 302 (overseas, charges may apply). We will help get a new card and be able to support you if you are currently overseas.
