If you’re still using the Qantas Travel Money card (attached to your Frequent Flyer card), you’ll need to upgrade to the new Qantas Pay card to access the new app.
To get started, simply:
- Download the Qantas Pay app from the App Store or Google Play and log in with your Qantas Frequent Flyer details.
- When you log into the new app for the first time, you’ll be prompted to upgrade easily and free of charge.
- You’ll be able to start spending straight away using your new Qantas Pay card, with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Your current card will be cancelled, and your funds and currencies will be automatically transferred. Make sure you update your direct debits with your new card details.
