How will Qantas Pay contact you?

Qantas Pay will only contact you from email addresses that end in @qantaspay.qantasmoney.com. For example: customercare@qantaspay.qantasmoney.com. If you receive an email from any other domain, please treat it as suspicious and report it by clicking ‘report phishing’ on your email..

Qantas Pay may contact you in relation to a request, enquiry, or complaint you have submitted, or to provide an update or resolution by phone. When we call, the number will begin with +1.

For your security, Qantas Pay will never ask you to disclose your password, one‑time passcodes, or any other sensitive security information over the phone. However, card details may be requested in two instances; if Two Factor Authentication is not completed; or if PIN services are selected on the IVR.

If you receive a call claiming to be from Qantas Pay and you are unsure whether it is genuine, do not disclose any personal or security information. Hang up immediately and contact us directly using the official contact details provided in the Qantas Pay app or on our website.
